WHO WE SERVE:

We are proud of our organization and the incredible impact we have on the lives of the youth we serve. We honestly assess and report how well we are fulfilling our mission to honor and empower the youth in the communities we serve. Some of the kids we work with are victims of trauma, come from underserved communities, and some are even homeless - we try to be their support system and choose to invest in our dedicated and passionate staff and our fundraising, both of which impact our ability to develop and directly run our programs and services.

 

As a sponsor you are helping the dancers have a sustainable way of profiting of their talents and supporting them as artists - this talent helps them stay off of the streets and gives them something positive to be involved with. All of the funds that TURFinc generates go directly towards our youth programs, and also helps us be able to continue to host events in the communities we serve.

 

TURFinc MISSION:

To spread the original dance culture of TURF that was established in Oakland, California and to utilize it as a positive platform for dancers, the youth, and the overall community.
